  • 5-building Chicago portfolio of Class A warehouse and manufacturing buildings totaling over 1.4 million SF in master-planned business parks within Chicago’s two largest industrial submarkets. The portfolio was 95% leased to six tenants..  Portfolio located at: Ellis Road, Joliet; W. Haven Road, New Lenox; Diehl Road, Aurora, and E. Lies Road, Carol Stream. The buildings in a high-quality, well-leased portfolio ranged in size from 90,000 to 690,000 SF.

 

  • Tempe Logistics Center, a 175,314 SF industrial building located in the Southeast Valley submarket of Phoenix, Arizona. The asset is fully leased to high-quality, investment-grade tenants. 

 

  • Broadway Distribution Center, a 613,440 SF industrial building in Atlanta fully leased to a major internet retailer.

 

  • Gateway 57 Corporate Park, Chicago market, a BTS distribution/warehouse facility in Gateway 57 Corporate Park.
