Lucrum’s founders have collectively over 40 years of real estate and investment management experience working in different capacities on a wide range of high value transactions across the industrial/logistics,  apartment, and mixed-use asset classes.

On the equity side, Lucrum Realty is an investor and operator of industrial and multi-family investments that currently owns and operates a significant real estate portfolio in Texas, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, California and other markets on the East Coast.  Lucrum deploys capital through 2 separate investment vehicle structures: Value-Add and Core.   


Lucrum's debt platform offers advisory services, preferred equity and other rescue capital options for commercial real estate owners, including loan modification and restructuring process.  Lucrum assists real estate owners in negotiating various loan modifications with lenders.  The principals of Lucrum have worked on recapitalization of existing assets and restructuring and modifications to existing loans (across different loan types and across the real estate asset class spectrum), whether CMBS, agency, bank loans, debt funds or Life Cos. Modifications include forbearances, maturity extensions, loan principal reductions, interest rate and amortization relief, changes to collateral, discounted payoffs (DPO), deeds in lieu, release of guarantor liability and loan assumptions.
