Joseph is an experienced real estate entrepreneur and investor with a proven track record.  Joseph currently represents high net worth international investors in connection with U.S. real estate acquisitions.  Joseph holds significant investments in the real estate market.

 

Prior to entering the real estate world, Joseph practiced at the Wall Street firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.  From 2006 through 2010, Joseph was a senior associate at the internationally acclaimed tax department of Morrison & Foerster LLP in San Francisco, where he represented and counseled individuals and global companies on a variety of tax and corporate matters.  Joseph is active in public interest matters, and has been involved in many public-interest and pro bono cases.

 

Joseph holds an LL.M. in Taxation from NYU School of Law and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.  He is an attorney admitted to the bars of California and New York.

Ilana is an experienced real estate attorney who is charged with structuring and execution of the firm’s acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures, including underwriting, financing, and operations.

 

Prior to joining Lucrum, Ilana was an attorney at leading law firms in Los Angeles where she managed complex commercial real estate mortgage financings, and advised pension funds, private equity funds and developers in complex commercial acquisitions and dispositions. She also served at the Department of Defense, Office of the Secretary of Defense as GCE in the Office of International Affairs & Intelligence.

Ilana graduated summa cum laude from UCLA with a B.A. in psychology, and earned her J.D. at UCLA School of Law. She is admitted to the bar in California.
